Hi Brian! I think I am facing the same problem with PS/2 mouse and IBM
Thinkpad described above. I have an old Thinkpad 380Z and installed
Ubuntu 6.06.1 onto it. And I got PS/2 mouse not working, though it works
fine with Microsoft Windows. I upgraded the Kernel to 2.6.15-29, however
it did not hel
We are closing this bug report as the original reporter no longer has
the hardware to do further testing. However, feel free to submit bug
reports in the future.

PS2 mouse 2 buttons with ball ( not optical) doesnt work on laptop IBM
A20M. Tracking pointer in center of keyboard works fine. Items were
working fine simultaniously on Breezy 5.10. Did fresh install (not
upgrade) to Dapper 6.06, no more PS2 mouse. running kernel 2.6.15.26.
