Public bug reported: Binary package hint: dpkg
Whenever doing "dpkg-source -x package_vvv-v.dsc" if GPG has a stale lockfile, dpkg-source just stalls there forever. Instead, it should inform the user that GPG has a stale lockfile, list the process number that allegedly holds it, then promptly exit with an error.
