When I said "not released" I really meant "not released in a compilable state".

It's a known problem upstream, and I sure hope that the bindings are in shape
for beta2 tomorrow.

that's weird. Anyway, beta2 will be tagged tomorrow, do you have any
idea if it will contain kdebindings? :)

kdebindings weren't released along with the rest of KDE 4.3 beta1. (The KDE
guys couldn't get them to compile)
Once they're included in a release, they will be updated.
