Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty x86 Desktop
Dell Inspiron 530c
Pink (capture) and green (playback) work from the back of the desktop
machine, (User needs to enable all levels and options in the mixer
preferences, then bring up "Capture" level and point "Input source" to
"Mic")
Front mic does not work, with or without "options snd-hda-intel model
=6stack-dell" in /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf (Found in ALSA
configuration documentation - specified for "Dell machines with 6stack
(Inspiron 530)" but do not seem to make a difference in this scenario.)
Attached are the output of alsa-info.sh with and without the "options
snd-hda-intel model=6stack-dell" option.
