Ah ok. Well that's really a NetworkManager-only issue. notify-osd just
displays what it gets sent from applications via DBus/libnotify. So the
solutions for NetworkManager is to:
- not use a notification at all for this
- but present the user with a dialog right away
or
- hint the user with just

I can try to reproduce it, but since it only happens once in a while and
that the notification is passive, I cannot guarantee that I will be able
to provide a snapshot. I think it would be more useful/accurate to list
all the notification in Network Manager.

Do you have a screenshot of the notification you're talking about. I've
never seen something like that yet. From NetworkManager I only get
"connected" and "disconnected" notifications.
