Since at leat lirc-0.9.0 this driver has been upstreamed to the kernel.
IMHO, this means that this bug should be either closed or re-assigned to
the kernel. There is no code at all handling this device in lirc these
days.

I don't know where this fits in. I am using a
Girder 3.2 and IgorXP.dll works on this linux system under WINE
normally! I can receive IR signals with it. But with LIRC I didn't
receive anything.
