Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

I want to download (don't know whether its already there in Ubuntu
(9.04) ) package  for VPN using IPSec services..Hence,i went for
'openswan' using "sudo apt-get install openswan",but it couldn't find a
package and said :-

adit...@ubuntu:~$ sudo apt-get install openswan

E: Couldn't find package openswan
adit...@ubuntu:~$

Its telling me that i could do 'openvpn',but i want IPSec services in
the VPN.

Could you help??
