Could you run sudo /lib/udev/devkit-disks-part-id /dev/... on all your
partitions and check if one of them reproduces the long hang?
It's likely that this only happens on startup, when some RAID etc. is
still being assembled. Can you please attach the output of devkit-disks
--dump?
