Public bug reported:

It appears that the packages for 2.6.28-13 in jaunty-proposed have not been
uploaded:
r...@immortal:~ # apt-get install linux-image-server
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
linux-image-server: Depends: linux-image-2.6.28-13-server but it is not
installable
E: Broken packages

I've checked my local mirror (which is synced with archive.ubuntu.com)
and it's not there either. I guess the dependencies for the linux-
image-* dummy packages got updated, but the files didn't get uploaded..

Here's my lsb release output:
r...@immortal:~ # lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 9.04
Release: 9.04

** Affects: linux-meta (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
