Now i'm on Maverick beta and I can't reporduce the issue with OOo .
The bug is fixed in OOo too, just need to port in Lucid.

I tried reproducing this again. Now I can only make it happen with OO.o,
and only when opening the same document - there is no notification that
the document is already open - nothing happens at all.

Every time I open a document in OpenOffice/Evince , which has already
been opened and been minimized , the previously open Document is brought
