Binary package hint: blueman

By default the blueman file sharing tool exposes the user's home
directory, and accepts files to the user's home directory.  As this
directory may contain private information. blueman should instead
default to XDG_PUBLICSHARE_DIR, which is more likely to only contain
information the user has determined acceptable to share with others.
