I found an other solution for the problem, that allows to change
automatically the sound output: after options snd-hda-intel
model=lenovo I tried options snd-hda-intel model=asus-v1s and now, if
I insert the jack when Ubuntu is charged, all works fine. I hope that is
useful.

I discover the problem. The situation comes when I switch from Windows
Vista to Ubuntu (there is a problem with the video card in the GDM too,
Ati Mobility Radeon X2300): the solution that I found is to remove the
tick on headphones in the GNOME volume manager and reboot the system.
All starts
