Thanks for the report k c davis , It has been a long time without any
comment or a duplicate in this bug report and It is possible that the
bug has been fixed. May you please try to reproduce it with the latest
Stable Release of Ubuntu the Natty Narwhal and add the respective
comments to the report
Further information:
I can decrease priority of a process (specifically g-s-m) but system
hung very solidly on every attempt I've made recently to increase
priority (set less nice).
When hung the busy/wait indicator spins and tracks mouse movement, but
NOTHING ELSE responds, including mouse click
thanks for the report, i don't think it's a gnome-system-monitor issue,
when the system hangs could you login trough ssh ? it's probably just X
hanging, could you attach the xorg log to the report? thanks.
