Another one that can't reproduce, and I just installed about...30 hours
ago. Must've been a customization, or something leftover from old
versions & upgrading.

Using Karmic with 4.3 Beta 2.
I am unable to reproduce this issue. The only place that I have a System
Settings links is under Menu -> Computer -> Applications (at the top)
and under Favorites. I do not have System Settings under Menu ->
Applications -> System nor Settings.
Which version is this
