Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
gnome-power-preferences > On UPS Power tab. "Put computer to sleep when inactive for:" slider will not go lower than 26 minutes. I can tell it's tied into the screensaver idle time. This may be appropriate for a laptop, but is grossly incorrect for a desktop using a battery backup. If I have a power outage, my screensaver settings should go out the window. When on UPS power, sleep inactivity should not be tied to screensaver idle time. ** Affects: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- [On UPS Power] Sleep inactivity cannot go lower than 26 minutes https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/390460 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
