Although relatively few users use the "Sign" or "Encrypt..." options,
many users are confused by their presence. If it's easy to add icons,
and the presence of these icons would assuage uncertainty, this seems
like a decent paper cut.

you have to do the following commands (they must be added somewhere in the
install package):
sudo ln -s /usr/share/pixmaps/seahorse-plugins/scalable/seahorse-key.svg
/usr/share/icons/gnome/scalable/actions/
sudo ln -s /usr/share/pixmaps/seahorse-plugins/scalable/seahor
