The branch looks okay to me. I just don't understand why bzrlib/crash.py
would need to set CrashDb, SourcePackage, and Package fields? The latter
two are done during post-processing in the Apport UI, and the apport
hook sets CrashDb already.

The problem there rather seems to be that the initial report is missing
ExecutablePath.

I wonder if it's more tasteful to install it from the upstream setup.py,
or from the debian/ubuntu packaging? Perhaps the latter, at least for
now, because installing into arbitrary directories owned by other
packages is not really in the normal scope of setup.py, and apport is
unlikely to be
