This is mostly fixed in trunk/ now, I add a task to software-store to ensure that the conffile prompt is setup. It also needs testing, there is a repository at lp:~mvo/+junk/test-package-repository that contains a "prompt-package" that can be used for testing. -- Does not support config file conf
