Public bug reported:

Using Jaunty 9.04 on an Aspire 9305WSMI laptop, the WiFi (connecting to
a private Fon router as it happens) experiences 80%+ traffic loss
according to mtr if bluetooth is running. Signal strength is 50%.
Turning off bluetooth by hitting the laptop's bluetooth button results
in an instant improvement (9.7% packet loss) - and a SEGV from KDE4.

No errors are given in dmesg on /var/log/messages prior to hitting the
button that might indicate problems with WiFi or bluetooth.

The problem persists if the laptop is moved around the house.

The Network Management plasmoid indicates all is well with the link,
though it does mention the uniquely named connection twice.
