Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

I was editing a MS Word document using OpenOffice Writer when my system
restarted as I mistakenly hit the power reset button on the cabinet.
Upon restarting, when I opened the document, OpenOffice Writer prompted
me for document recovery which I did. But in the recovered document all
the tables are missing. All the other data is intact along with it's
formatting but instead of the tables now it just shows blank space.
