Oddly enough while examining your BootDmesg.txt file it seems are indeed
running this newer 2.6.28-13.45 kernel. Can you comment if this is
still an issue for you? Thanks.

Yes, its still an issue. The problem started only after i activated the
Nvidia drivers.
