Binary package hint: ubiquity
I just fired up the current (at time of writing) karmic amd64 live CD,
choosing the install option from the boot menu (so using the fullscreen
installer).
The Forward/Quit buttons displayed their labels as _Forward/_Quit
instead of the expected format of underlining the _ prefixed character
and using it as a keyboard accelerator.
