Public bug reported:

Steps to repro:
1. Install and setup a mail account with Thunderbird, in this case mail account
is a gmail account
2. Download the Get all mails 1.0.9 add-on from
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/4856
3. Install it via Tools -> Add-ons -> Install and then restart Thunderbird.
4. The Get all mails icon doesn't appear on the Toolbar.

This Add-on was necessary when I was trying to retrieve all my old mails
in Gmail account, since I have set the Thunderbird recently. Please let
me know if any workaround is possible to retrieve old mails or any other
Add-ons will do the same.
