Still there. I already forwarded all neccessary ports, entered my external IP
address but it does not help. In MSN it sometimes works (with 2 kb/s) but in
ICQ there is nothing I can do about it.
It is not related to my provider. I switched two months ago and it is still not
working.

Yeah, still no one cared about it. I mean, who on earth would ever think that
you may be able to send files via Internet?
Well it seems that kopete isn't requesting the file correctly or something like
that, as people say "Please accept!" although I did and kopete states
"Receiving file xyz from
