I just can't believe this super nasty and hyper easy bug is still around
with Kubuntu 16.04 x64...
I am guessing its a 3 lines of code fix, why is it still around?

If I cancel a file copy operation in KDE the incomplete copy remains in
the destination path. This is not what the user expects for everyday
file operations.
KDE should delete incomplete file copies like Windows does.
