I can confirm that the version of app-install-data-partner from karmic-
proposed, 12.9.10.3, adds OpenBravo ERP to the software-center tool,
that it's installable from there, and that software-center continues to
install and remove software. Marking verification-done.

I added openbravo-erp which was uploaded to karmic yesterday.
I submitted my changes to the karmic-partner branch and tested a build
using the debian folder from your karmic branch and it worked fine. The
