affect everyone which uses another keyboard-layout then EN with LUKS

Ok, seems like I misunderstood your last comment.
In other words, the reported bug is about the request for password, at
startup, uses an english charset, no matter what you've chosen during
the install?

with it just stops booting i mean of course the message from
cryptsetup bad password, options...

i just disable the quiet and splash screen and i get a error:
no keys available for this passphrase

I found the Problem... during installation i choosed the german language...
As i restarted the keyboard layout has been changed (dont know why).
My password included a z - when i change the occurance of every z to y it
boots
