Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xorg
I have the standard shape of GNOME which is a panel in the top and one in the bottom, when I resize a window it HOVER the panel causing the boundries of the window to be behind the panels. This is a problem specially if you resize the TOP of the window and it's getting hided behind the top panel so you can't move or resize back the window. This should be limiting the mouse motion to not get over those panels just like when I drag window over the panels I get a boundries limit. I can reproduce it with any window-based-re-sizable application like calculator.
