fixed.

Actually, it looks like the clock shadow fix is the only other issue
addressed by this version that's also not working.

No when I generated this BUG I was not using any desktop effects. it was
just after installing ubuntu 9.04 and testing some features I noticed
this bug, I mean it was a fresh installation without any edits.

Sounds like a window manager bug; I'm guessing you're seeing this on
compiz (since I've seen similar behavior). If you're using metacity let
us know so it can be refiled there.
