While playing .wma file, totem proposed me for install gstreamer0.10
-plugins-ugly. It has been installed succefully and now I've got
progress bar in totem and mozilla. Maybe gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly
should be in depends? Now I'm closing this bug, but If I'm wrong, please
reopen bug.

Thanks for the report, that works fine here, could you run totem as:
GST_DEBUG_NO_COLOR=1 GST_DEBUG=*:2 totem 2 log perform the operation to
reproduce the bug and attach that resulting log file to the report? It
might also help if you add the mp3 file to test with.
