Binary package hint: metacity
For windows that won't let themselves be officially "closed" it would be
nice to be able to "kill" them (ala other window managers).
The motivating case for me is in firefox I went to Tools => Addons =>
"Get Ubuntu Extensions" and this brought up another window (titled
"gnone-app-install") that has been sitting around for ages not doing
anything. Admittedly this is a bug in this program, but programs will
always have bugs and there should be a way to work around this (short of
doing a kill from the command line, which I know is not what a kill
window would do).
I'm using 1:2.27.0-0ubuntu2 if it makes any difference!
