keyboard panel applet throws BadClass exception

This bug is very much reproducible.
It remains in version 9.10 latest update (1 week ago)
Have also tried upgrading to newer versions of the nxserver/client/node. Still
no luck.
I will try this with all the latest versions of both ubuntu and nxserver
tonight.
