Thoggen should support reading from remote shares (GVFS/GIO)

Not sure how likely it is that this gets implemented any time soon,
since it's libdvdread that handles the .iso file reading/parsing and the
VIDEO_TS folder reading/parsing, and libdvdread doesn't know about gvfs
etc. just plain old file/directory semantics.
