liblauncher FTBFS due to ogre-model issues, because it can't find
libwncksync-dev. No MIR appears to have been ever filed for wncksync.
This should probably be demoted or wncksync promoted.

2. drop the ubuntu revision from the version in the symbols file (forgot to
tell that.)
