Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

Steps to reproduce.

1.- Discharge the battery 
2.- Poweroff your system
3.- Reboot your system with the power adaptor connected
4.- As soon as your session start the notificaition system shows you a Battery 
full message that's obviously incorrect.
