Update the 'addons_path' variable in the server config file (..openerp_serverrc) to: addons_path = /usr/local/lib/python2.6/site-packages/openerp-server/addons As I understand it, this will be searched first before the default 'dist-packages'. A second similar problem needs a symbolic link adde
