This error message doesn't help really because Ubuntu package manager
found no "Digital Television" and installation of plugins "GStreamer-
Plugins für FFMPEG-Video" nor "Zusätzliche GStreamer-Plugins" changed
anything. Google shows no solution and Ubuntu-Wiki doesn't help any.
