@Neil,
Just to add, instead of using hwclock --utc --systohc one can use:
SECS=$((`cat /sys/class/rtc/rtc0/since_epoch`+$SLEEP_SECS))
echo 0 > /sys/class/rtc/rtc0/wakealarm
echo $SECS > /sys/class/rtc/rtc0/wakealarm

@Neil, thanks for looking into this and spotting the need for --utc
--systohc - my fail on that one. I will see that these added to the
system/resume tests script. As it is, your machine looks fine. I will
mark this bug as Invalid as there is no issue you machine as it's a bug
with out scripts.

I've run a hwclock --utc --systohc to update the hardware clock and now:
r...@neil-laptop:~# sudo sh wakealarm.sh

PASSED: Can set ACPI alarm
SLEEP: .
PASSED: ACPI alarm was triggered
ACPI alarm test: alarm
I couldn't see anything in the BIOS regarding Power on. It's a fairly
simple BIOS layout.

I'm also curious to see if your BIOS actually supports ACPI wakeup.
Please can you check your BIOS for the wakeup alarm function. The
setting is normally found under a sub-menu of "Power Management Setup"
"APM", or "Advanced". You may need to hunt around in your BIOS settings
to find it. It is us
Hi Neil, can you attach a copy of your ACPI DSDT so that I can
disassemble it and see if I can see why the wake alarm is failing. To do
so, use:
sudo cat /proc/acpi/dsdt > lenovo_N100_0768BXG.dsdt
and attaching this to the bug. Thanks.
