this does not feel like a firefox issue. its either a) a graphics driver
issue, b) a pulseaudio issue ... or c) a flashplugin issue.

Unfortunately, it seems like your hardware is ahead of the Ubuntu repos. Fear
not, for there are packages available. I actually had the same problem with my

Also, we do not support the 64 bit flash plugin at present.. My guess would be

Can confirm the bug with firefox 3 or 3.5.3 and adobe labs flash native 64 bit
plugin.
