I can confirm what Murz says that this is not a duplicate. It still
occurs in the released 9.10.

Jonathan Thomas, this bug is not a duplicate of bug #250330 because it isn't
exists in Kubuntu 9.04, bu exists only in Kubuntu 9.10 alpha 4.
And this messages shows automatically without run the kdesudo and
