Public bug reported: 1) Description: Ubuntu 9.04 Release: 9.04
2) openmpi-bin: Installed: (none) Candidate: 1.3-2ubuntu1 Version table: 1.3-2ubuntu1 0 3) I have set up a heterogeneous cluster using SLURM. After the command salloc -n 16 mpirun -n 16 my_mpi_program, it breaks with the message that OpenMPI was not compiled with heterogeneous cluster support. Any chance we can get a package where this is supported? ** Affects: openmpi (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: 1) Description: Ubuntu 9.04 Release: 9.04 2) openmpi-bin: Installed: (none) Candidate: 1.3-2ubuntu1 Version table: 1.3-2ubuntu1 0 - 500 http://endorphin jaunty/universe Packages - 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status 3) I have set up a heterogeneous cluster using SLURM.
