I can confirm this bug. The setting of 'Show List' in the 'Login Manager's
'Users' tab does nothing. It should display a list of all users present in the
system at the login screen.
Although some people consider it a 'security issue' to display a list of all

More precisely this is not just a complaint about the default behavior
of having to type in the username versus clicking on one in the list. It
is a real bug - changing the setting to display the list does nothing!
