The PC in which this happened was formatted and now works again with a
Ubuntu Hardy (video works much better and faster than with newer
releases). It hasn't happened again and don't know how to reproduce it:

message has changed (attached a copy of the message window). Now it says
that there is an error on the bonobo-activation-server which prevents
nautilus from working correctly.

Sorry for the delay, I was away on holidays for almost two weeks. The
problem reported with Nautilus happens with all users. I didn't specify
a package because it seems that whatever happened also affected the
normal powering off of the computer and the sound in non-privileged
users.
