I'm the upstream author of ctsim and also its Debian maintainer. Between ctsim
5.1.0 and 5.1.3, there are a few, relatively small
upstream changes for bug fixes only. These bug fixes significantly affect the
GUI appearance making version 5.1.3 display windows work far more correctly
than 5.1.0.
