Public bug reported: Using pilot-link, jpilot, et al. in conjunction with the visor module (after applying my workaround in bug #421673) on kernel 2.6.31-9 and now -10 to back up my LifeDrive will eventually time out and completely hang the system, hard.
I've done this many times on other systems and kernels and have never noticed this message before, which now appears a lot on the console/dmesg: visor ttyUSB0: visor_unthrottle - failed submitting read urb, error -22 Unfortunately, it is very difficult to capture any other data, since the system becomes completely unresponsive when this hang occurs. Even the cursor stops blinking in the console, and Alt-SysRq key combinations have no effect.
