* Add Build-Dependency on python-all-dev to also build the extension
for Python 2.5.
* Add an explicit XS-Python-Version header instead of relying on
defaults.

The problem is actually the lack of a build-dependency on python-all-
dev. If no specific python versions are specified, python-support, at
least AFAICS, builds for all available python versions. Failing to
specify that build-dependency made it so that "all available python
versions" was only 2.6.
