Using an updated version of Lucid, all of the buttons of my stylus are
recognized as a "left-mouse-click". No middle or right button clicks are
reported to the system.

The N-trig digitizer is being built into more and more tablets/notebooks
(Dell Latitude XT, Latitude XT2, HP TouchSmart TX2, Lenovo Thinkpad
T400s and X200t, etc.). There is no reason why Ubuntu shouldn't work out
of the box with all these notebooks.
