Turns out the issue is that GNUTLS stopped shipping libgnutls-config
which lftp used to detect the version of libgnutls. However, instead of
FTBFS lftp instead simply built without SSL support.
It also turns out that --without-ssl is bogus (I imagine --without-
openssl is what was intended but its
