Public bug reported:
I reported bug 428264, which has been declared a duplicate of bug
419662. However, I am not allowed to view the status and/or discussion
of the latter bug. I think, either "Apport retracing" should not declare
a bug a duplicate of a non-public bug, or the submitter of the bug being
declared as duplicate should be added to the list of persons authorized
to view that non-public bug.
