OK I see what the problem is now. Somewhere along the way the previous
version of Shockwave Flash (as it is still described in ADD-ONS -
version 9.0 r152) got entombed in the installation. Can some kind person

in an upgrade from hardy to lucid RC, but unless the package is first
fixed in hardy first is likely to hit everyone attempting that upgrade
once lucid is released

Did you remedy the problem? I have run the code manually using cut and
paste links, and on another install by simply going to the website and
downloading the package for 9.04+

The first two commands worked very slick.

I just wanted to say thanks, and that this fix really helped. I am
learning the new system, just switched from a dual boot system, finally
comfortable enough to ditch windows completely. This fix was so simple,
cut, paste and that was it. To anyone one out there considering making
